Trimorta v1.21 Update!


I recently took a little break from game development and revisited Trimorta v1.2 and encountered a progression bug. So I decided to update the game. I also thought this was a nice time to polish other things that might need improvement. I'll list them down below.

Changes in v1.21:

  • Added another checkpoint to prevent reloading at a point where the lift/elevator and some platforms would not be present.
  • Extended reverb zones to cover some spaces that weren't included.
  • Post-process color improvements - more contrast and vividness.
  • Some performance improvements involving fogs, light and shadow use.
  • Rearranged some objects in the lower levels 1 and 2.
  • Current play time is now displayed at the pause menu.
  • Increased jump height/speed.
  • Few minor bug fixes regarding text displays, stamina usage, and a spook trigger light.
  • Game updated in Unity 2020.3.

I spent two days in total to get these done, including playing and testing the builds. So if you play the game and see some bugs or you just want to share some of your insights, please let me know. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
